This Privacy Policy explains how Triple Impact Coaching, doing business as Coach By Design Academy ("Coach By Design," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through the Coach By Design Academy website, courses, assessments, certificates, and related services (collectively, the "Academy").
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with the Academy.
It does not govern information handled independently by third-party websites or services that you choose to visit. Those providers' privacy policies govern their independent practices.

Please do not submit unnecessary personal information about athletes, especially minors. Do not include athlete names, contact details, medical information, school records, photographs, videos, or other identifying details in course responses.

Administrators and reviewers. Authorized Coach By Design administrators, instructors, and reviewers may access course progress, assessment results, reflections, Try It at Practice submissions, communications, and certificate records when needed to operate the Academy and provide feedback.
Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:

We do not sell personal information for money.
We use the Meta Pixel to share limited technical and browsing information (such as pages viewed and general interactions with our marketing pages) with Meta Platforms, Inc. for advertising measurement and audience-building. Depending on applicable law, this may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If required by applicable law, we will provide a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism. In the meantime, contact arvin@coachbydesign.com to request that we stop this sharing for your information.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.

During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories described in Section 2, including identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or electronic-network activity, professional information, and educational/course activity.
We collect, use, retain, and disclose those categories for the purposes described in Sections 3–7.
We do not sell personal information. We use the Meta Pixel on our marketing pages, which may constitute "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law.

The Academy is intended for coaches and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Children under 13 may not create an account or submit information through the Academy.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact arvin@coachbydesign.com. We will investigate and delete the information when required.
Coaches must not submit identifying information about youth athletes in reflections, Try It at Practice observations, support messages, or other Academy features.
We may send transactional or service-related messages about account confirmation, password resets, payment, security, course activity, feedback, and certificates.
If we send promotional emails, you may unsubscribe through the link in the message or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary account, transaction, or security messages.

We also use the Meta Pixel, an advertising technology from Meta Platforms, Inc., on our marketing pages to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent parts of the Academy from functioning. You can ask us to disable the Meta Pixel for your information by contacting arvin@coachbydesign.com, or block it directly using your browser's tracking-prevention or ad-blocking settings.
The Academy may link to external websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any external service before providing information.
The Academy is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
Those locations may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Academy, our providers, or applicable laws change.
We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. If changes materially affect how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate or required.
